Thank you for visiting February’s sample schedule! Kripalu’s R&R Program is available year-round, and open for registration as far in advance as you wish. Our sample schedules reflect actual times and duration of activities, with the exception of outdoor, so that you may plan your day prior to arrival. Actual schedules, including workshop topics, descriptions, and presenter, are posted here approximately two to three months in advance. Michelle Dalbec

Michelle Dalbec, E-RYT 500, is a passionate Kripalu Yoga and Yoga Tune Up® teacher who hosts yoga programs, delivers dynamic and motivational workshops, and directs Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training. She teaches with the intention to inspire authentic alignment, expression, and movement. Whether Michelle is teaching restorative yoga or vigorous vinyasa, meditation or conscious communication, she leads with an inquiry-based approach that empowers students to realize their full potential and individuality. Michelle believes that yoga is for everyone, a lifelong journey of self-discovery both on and off the mat.
