Thank you for visiting February’s sample schedule! Kripalu’s R&R Program is available year-round, and open for registration as far in advance as you wish. Our sample schedules reflect actual times and duration of activities, with the exception of outdoor, so that you may plan your day prior to arrival. Actual schedules, including workshop topics, descriptions, and presenter, are posted here approximately two to three months in advance. Cindy Yaple

Cindy Yaple (Kripalu 1,000-hr yoga teacher, E-RYT 500-hr) is a compassionate teacher who believes that the practice of Yoga is for everyone, at any age and any level of ability. She is a 300-hr Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga, a Trauma Sensitive Yoga teacher, a Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra® teacher, a Five Element® Yoga teacher, and a Kripalu Yin Yoga teacher.

The foundation of her practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, she strives to promote an understanding of the inter-dependency of all these aspects in personal health and well-being.

Cindy’s intention is to create classes that are both educational and experiential, to embody the teachings of yoga both on and off that mat and enjoy a more healthful way of living.

Locally, Cindy teaches classes at Zaanti Studio in Lenox, MA, and offers workshops, trainings and individualized sessions.
