Thank you for visiting February’s sample schedule! Kripalu’s R&R Program is available year-round, and open for registration as far in advance as you wish. Our sample schedules reflect actual times and duration of activities, with the exception of outdoor, so that you may plan your day prior to arrival. Actual schedules, including workshop topics, descriptions, and presenter, are posted here approximately two to three months in advance. Be guided through soothing breathwork to calm the mind, gentle movement, self-massage techniques and restorative postures designed to unwind the body, melt away tension and aid in the process of digestion; along with the nourishment of deep relaxation to promote a more restful night’s sleep. When the body is at rest and the mind is at peace, you are able to experience a deeper sense of calm within.
