Our sample schedules reflect actual times and duration of activities, with the exception of outdoor, so that you may plan your day prior to arrival. This laughter yoga class follows the model as taught by Dr. Madan Kataria, a medical doctor from Mumbai, India, popularly known as the "Guru of Giggling." It is medically proven that laughter helps lower the stress hormone, cortisol, and releases the “happy” chemical, serotonin. Come exercise your laughter muscles!
