Our sample schedules reflect actual times and duration of activities, with the exception of outdoor, so that you may plan your day prior to arrival. For those who are not able to do yoga on a mat, adapting the practice to a chair can make yoga more accessible. Chair yoga also provides those who sit often at work ways to relax, move, strengthen, and stretch the body.
